DELIVERY

Delivery is via an Australia Post trackable parcel service. Titles in stock will be despatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order. Multi-item orders will be despatched when all items have arrived into the shop, though we will happily split shipments of large orders if requested; though in some cases we may request an additional postage charge. If other delivery times or prices apply, you will be contacted via email.

PRICE PER PARCEL WITHIN AUSTRALIA: $10.00

Australia Post Express parcels up to 3kg): $ 23.00 This service is a next-day service to most metropolitan areas however Australia Post does not guarantee this. We will confirm before we despatch any additional charges, should your consignment weigh over 3kg. If you need your parcel urgently be sure to check we have the items in stock!

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

On hand quantities listed on this website reflect the stock on hand. Titles with no on hand quantity are not in stock and will need to be obtained from our suppliers. While Roaring Stories attempts to ensure that prices and availability status listed on this website are correct, prices may vary for reasons beyond our control, for example, for titles listed on this website, but not currently in stock, and that must be re-ordered. Titles listed as in stock are on occasion unable to be found on the shelf.

If any variation in price or availability occurs Roaring Stories will ALWAYS contact you via email to confirm your order before we charge your card or despatch. Titles listed as not in stock are generally obtainable within 7-14 days. Similarly, we will ALWAYS contact you via email to confirm your order if a title is expected to take longer than 14 days to obtain.

All prices quoted on this web site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Australian 10% goods & services tax (GST). Books despatched to overseas addresses are GST exempt and will be sold at the listed price, less the GST component.
