Refunds Policy
Roaring Stories Pty Ltd (ABN: 28 631 816 923) complies with Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major product fault or defect a full refund will be provided.
Tickets to events are non-refundable. Very occasionally there may be a change to time, date or location of an event. If you are unable to attend because of this change you may a) request a refund of the ticket price or b) request we transfer your ticket purchase to another event. If an event is cancelled you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from issuance date (date of purchase) and are not refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about a purchase you may exchange for another item(s). A receipt as proof of purchase must be provided. You will be responsible for any costs involved in returning the item(s) to us and in sending the new items to you.
Goods must be received by us in saleable condition for an exchange/refund to be possible. If the new item(s) cost more than the original purchase you will be required to pay the difference. If they cost less, we can either refund you the difference or issue a gift voucher for this value. Please note refunds can only be processed to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
